Where we deliver

We deliver everywhere in Lebanon. Choose your area at checkout and the fee is shown before you confirm.

  • Minyara & Akkar — same day
  • Tripoli & North — same day
  • Beirut & Mount Lebanon — next day
  • South & Bekaa — one to two days

Delivery is free on orders over $100.

How to pay

  • Cash on delivery. Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
  • Whish. Scan the QR code shown on your order page, pay the exact total, then enter the transaction reference on the same page. We confirm within minutes during store hours.

After you order

We call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatching. You can check the status of any order at any time on the track your order page using your order number and phone number.

Returns

Supplements are food products, so for everyone's safety we can only accept returns of sealed, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, opened or past its expiry date, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
